InstantCal Event Calendar Actions:

Event calendars help to announce, distribute, and communicate about calendar events.

Each event calendar has a set of actions for exporting, printing, saving, and sharing events:

Add to Calendar
Add calendar events to another calendar. Events can be added to personal, shared, group, public, or other types of calendars. Direct links for adding events to several popular calendars are provided. A login screen will be displayed by any calendar that requires it. InstantCal does not store (or even see) any calendar account information. Events may also be saved in iCal format and imported into any iCal-compatible calendar.

Email Calendar
Send a calendar by email. The calendar includes a full HTML display and links to view the calendar on-line.

Invite to Event
Invite a friend or colleague to an event by sending an email or SMS/Text message.

Remind
Get a Reminder about an upcoming event. The Reminder is sent by email or SMS/Text message. Reminders may be sent hours (or even days) before the event starts.

Notify
Be notified if an event has changed or been cancelled. The notification is sent by email or SMS/Text message.

Maps & Weather
Display the location and address of an event on a map. Also, get the current weather information for the event location.

News Feeds
Deliver events using an RSS news feed. The feed may be read using an RSS reader in the same way as any other RSS feed with the link that is provided.

Print
Print out the details for a calendar event, or print an event calendar (like a wall calendar).

Save
Download an event or event calendar and save it in iCal file format.

Bookmark Sites
Publish a calendar event to a bookmarking web site to share with others. A login screen will be displayed by any bookmarking site that requires it. InstantCal does not store (or even see) any bookmark site account information.
